LOCALREACH Form Monitor
LOCALREACH Form Monitor helps WordPress site owners and agencies check whether contact forms and WordPress mail handling are working as expected.
The WordPress.org version provides manual and scheduled checks, supported form monitoring, diagnostics, local test logs, customer reports and optional agency branding.
The plugin currently detects and supports checks around:
- Contact Form 7
- Elementor Pro forms
- WPForms
- Fluent Forms
- WordPress wp_mail()
Typical use cases:
- Run a quick manual mail test from the WordPress admin.
- See which supported forms are present on a site.
- Keep a local test log for troubleshooting and client documentation.
- Check basic mail and configuration signals before handing over a website.
- Schedule recurring monitoring and customer reports.
- Customize customer-facing reports with optional agency branding.
The plugin does not replace professional mailbox monitoring, transactional email logging or deliverability auditing. It checks the WordPress side of the process and records whether WordPress and supported form integrations accepted the generated test request.
Included functionality
All functionality included in this WordPress.org package is available without a license key, payment, quota or trial period. This includes scheduled monitoring, customer reports and optional agency branding.
External services
LOCALREACH Form Monitor sends test and report emails through the WordPress mail system (wp_mail()) and supported local form plugin integrations. It does not connect to a LOCALREACH licensing service or add a separate third-party delivery service. If the site uses an SMTP, transactional email, DNS or security service, that service may process requests according to its own configuration.
