This plugin connects to Symkind’s hosted AI service at symkind.ai to provide its core functionality.
AI Response API (symkind.ai) What it does: Generates AI responses for visitor conversations on your WordPress site. What is sent: The visitor’s message, the conversation history for that session, your API key, and your selected agent configuration. When it is sent: On every message a visitor sends to the chat widget. Lead Capture Service (symkind.ai/save-lead.php) What it does: When the AI agent identifies a qualified lead during a conversation, it sends a summary to Symkind’s server, which forwards it to your configured notification email. What is sent: A summary of the conversation and any contact information the visitor voluntarily shared (such as name, phone, email, or service interest). When it is sent: Only when a lead is detected in a conversation. No data is sent for ordinary informational conversations.
