WFUcore Checkout Subscribe
WFUcore Checkout Subscribe connects WooCommerce checkout directly to Flodesk, allowing customers to join your email list during checkout while automatically sending valuable order data to Flodesk custom fields.
Instead of collecting only an email address, the plugin enriches subscriber profiles with information from the customer’s order, making it easier to create targeted Flodesk segments and personalized email campaigns.
When a customer opts in during checkout, the plugin can send data such as:
- Email address
- Customer name
- Purchased product
- Product category
- Order total value
- Payment method
- Billing country
This data can be mapped to Flodesk custom fields and used to build more relevant audience segments based on customer purchase behavior.
To improve reliability, subscribers are stored locally in WordPress before being sent to Flodesk. If an API request fails, subscriber records remain available for manual re-sync, helping prevent data loss.
The plugin also includes CSV export functionality, subscriber management tools, and consent-based subscription collection designed to work alongside WooCommerce checkout.

Third-Party Services
This plugin integrates with Flodesk (https://flodesk.com), a third-party email marketing service.
When a user opts in during checkout, the plugin sends data to Flodesk in order to create or update a subscriber.
The data sent to Flodesk may include: – Email address (required) – Full name (if provided) – Order-related metadata (custom fields)
No data is sent without explicit user consent via the checkout opt-in checkbox.
This data is used only for email marketing and segmentation purposes inside Flodesk.
