  Yes I followed this guide and got an error, I prefer to receive your email so I can send screenshots and also go to a slightly more private forum

  Can you please give us the exact text of the error you’re receiving? I don’t see anything in your account that would prevent you from closing it as explained in the page @justjennifer linked to above.
