  It depends if you mean a site hosted here on WordPress.com or a standalone WordPress site hosted elsewhere. WordPress and WordPress.com-what’s the difference?

  If you’re site is hosted here on WordPress.com, once you change the site address it can’t be reversed. https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  If you have a standalone WordPress site and you changed your site address in the dashboard settings, have a look at this support guide https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/upgrade/migrating/#changing-the-site-url If you need more help with this, please reach out to the WordPress.org community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
