    שלום,
    רכשתי את האתר ב-5/4 והבנתי שעשיתי טעות ושהייתי צריכה לקנות org ולא וורדפרסבcom
    רק התחלתי לעצב את אתר אבל טרם השתמשתי.
    אבקש לתת לי החזר כספי. גביתם ממני 600 ש’ח והבנתי שאני בכלל בתקופת ניסיון 30 ימים וזה לא כך

    If I can ask, what is prompting your move? The WordPress.com Pro Plan gives your site the same abilities that you would have with a “.org” site hosted with another provider, such as the ability to upload plugins, themes, or access source code via FTP.

    Is there something specific about a .org site you are trying to have? The reason I ask is that our refund policy is not 30 days (it’s 14), so we are not able to refund. However, if you need a .org site so you can add plugins, instead, I can restore the Pro Plan to your account and show you how to add plugins right here on WordPress.com.

    Hi,
    I already bought org because I realized I made a mistake. Webmasters and webmasters have recommended org. I would like to consider that we had the Passover holiday, I was on a long vacation with the family. You can see that I have not worked on the site every past week for over 7 days. So I’m asking you to credit me for a technical error. This is 600 shekels that I pay now for 0 consideration. zero. Because I’ve already moved to org.
    Please check what can be done. It seems to me immoral and illogical and wrong not to credit me because technically 14 days have passed. I mention there was a week’s Passover holiday and getting organized for the holiday and I could not mess with the cancellation. Please consider this. I’m very disappointed with your decision and right now even ashamed that I bought the org. I did not know that you would make me like this for start problems and that I would start on the left foot. It would have been better for me to stay on my site already. Just irrationality. It’s a shame that this is the image and message you are conveying to the customer. I’m disappointed.

    As my colleague mentioned above, on our Pro plan you can do everything you can do if you hosted WordPress somewhere else.

    WordPress.org isn’t something you buy, and it’s not possible to have a site on WordPress.org, as it’s not a hosting provider. It’s just the site where the open source WordPress software is made, and it’s that software that was recommended to you.

    You need to install that software on a server at a hosting provider, and WordPress.com is one such hosting provider. What you bought from us was a hosting plan for that software, to run it on our servers.

    If you go to another host, you’ll be using exactly the same software, but you won’t have any of the additional services we provide, like spam and malware protection, security, software updates, and support.

    With that in mind, are you sure you don’t want to continue hosting the site with us on our Pro Plan?

    I have already paid to provide on org. And I have already started building the site. I want to understand and consider the confusion that has happened to me and please win me over because I really did not do anything on your site and just looked at the experience. If there were no holidays I would have had enough in 14 days to cancel but we had a long holiday and holiday and I was on a trip. Please consider. Thanks
