  שלום, מחקתי את האתר וביטלתי את החידוש שלו וכך גם את התאר ועדיין קיבלתי מייל שיש לי דברים בעגלה שמחכים לתשלום.
  כמו כן, ברצוני לבדוק לגבי עניין שם הדומיין- האם שם הדומיין osteokobi.com לא יהיה זמין יותר?
  ולגבי החזר, מגיע לי החזר כלשהו?

  The refund window for all our plans is 14 days (and 96h for domains), so I’m afraid you were not eligible for a refund when you canceled your subscriptions.

  As for the domain osteokobi.com – canceled domains do not become available right away. The process is very similar to that of an expired domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/.

  If you’d like to use this domain (even with another provider), we can try to recover it for you. Once recovered, you’ll be able to transfer it away after the initial 60-day lock. To use it before, you’ll also be able to connect it to a site hosted elsewhere.
  You can also wait for the domain to be available again, however, there’s no guarantee when and if this will happen.
