初期設定メールアドレスタイプミスログイン不可

  初期設定で存在しないメールアドレスで登録しログインができなくて困っています。タイプミスです。有料プランに登録しているので、このままだと自動更新されてしまうので、困っています。直接メールで問い合わせ、解約手続きしたいのですが、そこにさえ辿り着けません・・。ご教示お願いいたします。
