取消訂閱

    先前已經使用網站，預定於2023/08/01到期。想要取消網站使用並終止付費程序，但是在控制台中找不到取消的選項。請告知應如何處理取消。

    信用卡銀行通知已經扣款，但我並沒有要續約。請問該如何處理？

    Hi
    I am informed that my registration will be expired on 2023/08/01. I would not use this website anymore, but my credit card have been charged TWD 1560 for the annual renew on July 2.

    I check the purchases tag but there’s no any active plan I can remove or cancel the automatic renew.

    Please help me to deal with this situation. Thans!

    I don’t see any subscriptions on this WordPress.com account. Please enter the charge details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and use the contact form to submit the details to our billing team. They will then get back to you via email to help you with canceling the charge.
