You cannot delete a WordPress.com account for good, but you can empty it out from all your data and leave it inactive.

Much thanks! The problem is I am having another account on wordpress for creating business website. Since the wordpress see my email address not let me linking to the account with my busienss website. Can you instruct me how to change account ‘s email?
