    If you want to use it on a WordPress.com site, a paid plan is required. I see you already have a premium plan, but will need to send you a link to pay for the domain again before I can restore it. Please confirm if I should do that.

    If you want to use it somewhere else, the simplest option is just to wait. In this case the registry will release the domain again in a few more days, and you should be able to register it as a new domain, directly with the provider where you want to use it by early next week.
