投稿画面のタグボタン

    wordpressをインストールし、テーマにswallowをインストールしたばかりの初期の状態です。まだプラグインなど一切いれていませんが、投稿画面にタグボタンが表示されていません。調べる限り通常は最初から表示されているはずだと思うのですが、どうしたらいいでしょうか。
