  Hi @jean830623 , I noticed your refund was requested shortly after your purchase. In cases like that, sometimes it won’t show up as a refund because the entire charge was simply cancelled before it was finalized. Sometimes your bank will deal with this by removing the charge altogether. Can you confirm with your bank?
