  I’ve used Google Translate to understand:

  I canceled my annual subscription.. Can I get a refund?? as unused

  The most recent renewal payment in your account was on 4 October.

  Our refund period for plans is 14 days, and that payment was almost three months ago, so it’s too far past the refund period for us to refund any more.

  I can restore the plan to your account so you can continue using it until it expires, but it’s not possible for me to refund your last payment at this point.
