    Hi there!

    I can see you have purchased a monthly Business plan on March 1st, and then canceled it. That refund was processed as a reversal.

    This means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, and the original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
    Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details.

    The second time you purchased the same subscription was on March 2nd, that refund is still being processed on our end so you may need to wait a bit.
