  My primary domain is not functioning. It shows as registered, but apparently is not.

  Your purchased a ‘Domain Mapping’ instead of ‘Domain Registration’ upgrade. Could you please give it another try? go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.

  Of course you don’t need to pay again because the Free Domain is part of your Bundle upgrade.
