  Since I am not familiar with using CSS, making changes or adjusting the settings in CSS, I hope someone can help me out, after literally spending days of trying to figure things out – without any result. So, does anyone know how you can add the caption ‘Copyright © 2014-2015. All rights reserved’ at the bottom of the page, a caption which can stay there also, no matter how much you scroll?

  Please add this CSS and see if you like the result.

      color: #fff;
  }
  
  footer#colophon {
      position: fixed;
      bottom: 0;
      width: 100%;
  }

  We cannot fix just the copyright text so we need to fix the whole footer, which is what second block of above CSS does.

  Will this work if you don’t buy the CSS package? That’s the one thing that bothered me when I switched my domain name from Blogger. I wasn’t able to use certain coding without buying expensive plans. Is there another way?

  Unfortunately, no.

  CSS can be added only if you have Custom Design upgrade on your account.
