Cannot upgrade Custom design – about to expire

  I can’t upgrade my Custom design which will expire April 5. There is no Enable renewal option. This is urgent!

  The Custom Design upgrade has already expired. You can purchase a new Custom Design upgrade as at the Store page in your blog’s dashboard.

  It expires April 5 (tomorrow) – and so says the email reminders from WordPress. What they don’t say is, how I renew the upgrade. Also, no Enable renewal option was displayed at the Store page or in My upgrades in the dashboard.

  In the email, though, there was a blue graphic, which apparently was a button. Only there was no text telling me to click the button or what it would do. Nor did the button really looked like a button. I tried it anyways, and it sent me to the store, where I am now able to purchase the upgrade. So problem solved.

  I suspect it must have something to do with the html reminder email not displaying correctly. I use Apple Mail (newest version)

  I see. The upgrade is registered under a different account (publicokommunikation), that’s why I couldn’t find the correct upgrade.
