I can´t change the DNS

  I have a .com domain in wordpress, then I bought a hosting plan in GoDaddy and I need to change the DNS. I read all the support material but I don´t find a good example of how to do it. I went to “Edit DNS” to change the “A record” but exactly what should I write? Thanks for your help

  Hi there,

  If you’re looking to point your domain directly at GoDaddy.com, then you have two choices:

  You can point your Nameservers at them, which you can do using this help article:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  Or you can transfer your domain over to GoDaddy (which might be your best bet, so you have all of your products in one place), in which case you’ll want to follow this help article here:

  Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  Hey, thank you for the help, but still isn´t working.

  When I try to check the domain’s nameservers it says: “The domain associated with this hosting account is not registered with your account.”

  Well I guess I couldn´t do it… I´ll transfer the domain to GoDaddy instead. Thanks again man!
