Jetpack menu in dashboard

  Hi,

  I have a free wordpress.com account. I can see I have Email Subscriptions for Jetpack installed and that Jetpack is active. I’m using this to collect email subscribers. However, I can’t see a jetpack menu in my dashboard (as suggested in many blogs) to look at the related settings. Should I be able to see the jetpack menu given it is pre-installed? Or would I need to upgrade to a business plan to access even installed plugins?

  Since your site is hosted on WordPress.com, there is no separate Jetpack menu.

  Would you mind explaining what you wanted to do? We most likely have an alternative.

  For that, add the Follow Blog widget: https://wordpress.com/support/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
