My site was suspended,and not received any notice! !

How can I contact the Terms of Service Staff??
I moved my blog from live space,and I didn’t post any new blogs since I moved here.
I’m not log in for a long time , but yesterday , when I log in , the page displayed that my site was suspended!!!
but I didn’t received any email that notice me my site was suspended!!!
when I try to log in my account with my username,
It shows “Site Suspended” and I can’t log in
when I try to log in with my Email,
It shows “ERROR: Invalid email or username”!!
and I have to use “password reset” to log in
but after I log out
I still can’t log in use my email and the new password !!
and when I log in to the dashboard
I can’t find any message or notice that tell me the way to contact the “Terms of Service Staff”!!
Please tell me why

Volunteers in the forum don’t know why you got suspended, but we do know that the way to contact staff is the button on your Dashboard. So sign in again and look for a link on your main dashboard where it says to contact them.
