     To set up mold and machine as per process data sheet and instruct operating person about post molding operation / specific requirement of product.
     Responsible for carrying out process improvement on quality & productivity through process parameter trials, fixture.
     Responsible for production planning & Control.
     Daily CAPA Meeting for Rejection Analysis through CFT Team.
     To Check the Quality of Totally make product.
     Assembly line balancing
     Innovation in the areas of process, material and job flow.
     To Prepare the Schedule & Adjusted the man power according to their capability.
     Maximum Productivity & wastage control.
     Process parameter trial
     Prototype development
     Preparation of control table
     Co-ordination with QC Person to maintain desire quality of product.
     Shift Management & Job distribution of entire manpower.
     To be maintain high level of 5-S.
     Time and motion study for setting productivity norms.
     To take corrective and preventive action through 7 – Q.C Tools to eliminate the problems.
     Productivity improvement
     The Attainments; Played a key role in the TPM & KAIZEN implementation to eliminate the non value added activities & increase the productivity with reduction in.
     Monthly KAIZEN done as per given target & Further set the Target.
     Prepare Improvement Action Plan for Monthly wise & submit to HOD.
     Prepare Daily MIS Report and Represent to Management.
     Prepare Monthly OEE.
     Trainnig Provide to Sub-ordinate, Operators, workers, related to Productivities, Quality &Safety.
     To be maintain lean manufacturing.

    Possess skillsin Mould setup, Injection molding process trouble-shooting and other ancillary equipments usage such as Hot runner system, Material auto feeding system, Mould chiller, Mould Temperature Controller (MTC), Dehumidifier and Grinder etc.
    In depth experience in preparing technical information such as Part weight, Runner weight, Cycle Time, Machine Tonnage and Packing Material etc based on actual sample / Proto sample.Implementing strict measures in Operating procedures, Work instructions, Flow charts, Attention sheets etc to optimize resource/capacity utilization. Production Planning & Control.

     Implementing Trelleborg Operational Production System (TOPS)i.e. Lean Machine System
     Reduced rejection from 3.5% to 1.1%.
