Unable to recover after changing plan (business→premium)

We returned the business plan on Sunday; however, the restoration to the premium plan has not been completed. Could you please provide an estimate of the time required for the restoration process?

Hi there,
It is possible to downgrade to the Premium Plan, but it does not happen automatically. To clarify, it is not possible to have plugins or 3rd party themes on WordPress.com unless you are on the Business Plan, so in order to be able to add the Premium plan back we will first need to revert your site, and remove it from our business hosting.
This will also mean that the Jetpack CRM plugin will be removed from your site so you will lose that functionality as well. If I can ask, what prompted your downgrade? Did you have some trouble with using your Business plan to the best of it’s abilities? We’re happy to take a closer look at that.
If you prefer to proceed to downgrade, please let us know if you plan to start over with your site design of is you wish to have the existing content retained as best as possible?
