VideoPress Space Issue

  Hi
  I try upload a video 2 times haven’t notice that the maximum space is 1GB and my video was 1.30 GB apparently show twice get and error in red, which show that the video not uploaded but at the sometimes took more space of my store, it shows 4.6 GB is used which is not because the last video was 2 times uploaded and still not see if I can play or not.
  I need to tell me which option shall I go to remove the last 2 video because please?

  it show me in Media library that i used 5.5 GB used, 12.5 GB (69.4%) upload space remaining !!!!!
  The video twice uploaded and the latest one was 930MB which is nearly 50 minute when I made public show only 3 minute!!!!!!!!!!
  And nearly 3GB of my space gone I need my space back and any tip about why the latest video display only 3 minute?
  It is in my space haven’t made public because I want all 50 minute please let me know what is next after unsubscrib.

  The name of the video file I want to remove in my store space is گفتوگۆیه‌ك له رادیۆی سلیمانی ده‌نگی مه‌لبه‌ند.
  This video file is 2 times uploaded each file is 1.31 GB and has the same name above, they are still there and took about 2.61GB which is a lot and need your help please?

  You can start by changing the status from “resolved” to “not resolved”, and you can contact staff directly (the link is above)

  the one is now publish call گفتوگۆیه‌ك له رادیۆی سلیمانی ده‌نگی مه‌لبه‌ند is OK don’t need to be removed’ but there is 2 other video before this one which is nearly couple days there must be removed and eachone has 1.31 GB, but uf there another file the size is 1.40 GB must be also removed.
