Why doesn´t my commentbox works like this? Example included.

Hello,
I want to create instead of a guestbook (what is only for some friends) create a Post (called Guestbook) and use the comments as guestbook.
Why?
– We want to add embedded youtube videos;
– add images.I want to let it look like this: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2009/05/07/youtube-polls-comments/
However,
The reversed order plugin doesn´t work
I cant get youtube videos to embedd.
There are no dates/time etc. (is this theme related?)I hope you can point me in the right direction,

This is the wordpress.COM support forum. We don’t have FTP access to our blogs and there are not individual plugins. I suspect you are posting in the wrong forum and ought to be posting here http://wordpress.ORG/support/ but I can’t confirm that as you did not provide the URL for the blog in question.
