CatalogFrame Image Studio

CatalogFrame Image Studio helps merchants turn product CSV files into generated product imagery without leaving WordPress admin.

Current workflow:

• Open the CatalogFrame screen from Products when WooCommerce products are available.
• Open the custom GPT helper to generate a mockup CSV from a product export file.
• Import a CSV with SKU, product name, and GPT image prompt columns.
• After validation, optionally choose a brand logo from the Media Library or upload one from your device to use as a reference for every generated image.
• Save generated images to the WordPress Media Library.
• Optionally append generated images to matching WooCommerce product galleries by SKU.
• Use whichever image-capable AI provider the site owner configures through WordPress.

CatalogFrame requires WordPress 7.0 or newer. It uses the provider-neutral AI Client included in WordPress core and does not collect or store AI provider credentials.

External services

CatalogFrame uses the AI Client included in WordPress core. The AI Client sends each image request to an AI provider that the site owner has separately installed and configured in Settings > Connectors. CatalogFrame does not choose a provider and does not have access to the provider credential.

When an authorized user starts an image-generation job, the plugin sends the row’s prompt text and, when supplied, the product reference image and selected brand logo or their URLs to the configured AI provider. The plugin identifies the selected logo to the provider as the brand logo for the generated image. Prompt text may contain product names, descriptions, brand details, or other information entered in the CSV. The data is sent only when the user starts generation. It is used to generate an image, and the returned image is saved in the WordPress Media Library. The configured provider determines processing, retention, billing, model choice, moderation, and other service conditions.

The initial official WordPress provider plugins that can handle image generation connect to these services:

• OpenAI API: services agreement, privacy policy.
• Google Gemini and Imagen APIs: Gemini API additional terms, Google privacy policy.

Other compatible provider plugins may also be installed by the site owner. If another provider is configured, that provider plugin’s documentation, terms, and privacy policy apply. Review them before starting generation.

CatalogFrame also includes an optional link to a custom GPT hosted by OpenAI’s ChatGPT service to help prepare CSV files. CatalogFrame does not automatically send data to ChatGPT. If the user follows that link and manually uploads a WooCommerce export or enters product information, that data is sent directly by the user to ChatGPT under OpenAI’s terms of use and privacy policy.
