ConsensoSmart
ConsensoSmart is the WordPress plugin for collecting simple electronic signatures on release forms, privacy consents and declarations, designed for freelancers and small Italian businesses: tattoo studios, sports associations, real estate agencies, physiotherapists, rental businesses, technical firms and more.
Everything lives inside your WordPress site: no external service, no mandatory SaaS subscription, no data leaving your server (aside from sending the signing link to the signer via WhatsApp or email).
How it works
- Create a document template (release form, minor’s consent, declaration, etc.), choosing from a catalog of ready-made models or writing your own text from scratch
- Generate a personal link for the contact who needs to sign
- The contact opens the link, reads the document, and signs with their finger or mouse
- You automatically receive proof of consent: signature, IP address, device, timestamp, and a unique hash that makes the document publicly verifiable

- Full business profile (VAT number, address, hours, logo) for a personalized PDF layout
- Configurable Privacy Policy with extra checkboxes and popup
- Proof of consent downloadable as JSON
- Contact and document export/import in CSV

External services (Pro version only)
The free version makes no external calls whatsoever. If you activate a Pro license, the plugin communicates with our license server (demo.facile4web.it, operated by Facile4Web) to verify the license’s validity. Only the license key and the domain of the site it’s activated on are sent, no data about your contacts or signed documents. This check happens once a day.
