Features
For Owners:
- Crear reclamos de mantenimiento with detailed description

- Security access code to create reclamos/reservations

For Administrators:
- View complete list of reclamos y reservas
- Add internal notes to reclamos
- Change reclamo status (Open → In Progress → Pending → Closed)
- Manage reservations and cancellations
- Generate new access code when needed
- Change administration panel password
- Password recovery by email
Security:
- 6-character alphanumeric access code
- Administration panel protected with password and WordPress administrator privileges
- Proper permission checks using current_user_can(‘manage_options’)
- Reclamos and reservations cannot be deleted to maintain complete history
- Reservations can be canceled by admin (marked as canceled, not deleted)
- Reclamos can be closed by admin (status change, not deletion)
- Password recovery system by email
- NONCE validation in all forms
