How it works
- Create a JyskHub account and add your knowledge (services, prices, FAQ).
- Copy your widget token from the JyskHub dashboard.
- Paste the token on the plugin settings page and enable the widget.
External services
This plugin embeds the JyskHub chat widget on your website. When enabled, your site loads the widget script from api.jyskhub.dk (operated by JyskHub, Aarhus, Denmark) on every front-end page. When a visitor uses the chat, their messages, optional contact details they choose to share (name, email, phone), page URL, browser language and IP-derived, non-precise location are sent to JyskHub to generate replies, capture leads for you and show conversation statistics in your dashboard. Conversations are processed on European infrastructure and are not used to train AI models.
