External Services

This plugin connects to several external services operated by Cloudify to provide Xero integration functionality:

Xero Integration Service (xero-integration.cloudify.biz)

• Purpose: Facilitates the initial connection between your WooCommerce store and Xero accounting software
• Data Sent: User email, username, user ID, and store URL when establishing the connection
• When: Only after you explicitly click « I Agree — Set Up My Account » in the consent notice shown during plugin activation

WooCommerce-Xero Integration Dashboard (woocommerce-xero.cloudify.biz)

• When: When accessing Settings, Xero Connection, or Subscription pages in the plugin

• Purpose: Handles plugin activation/deactivation tracking and connection status verification

All external service communications are secured with HTTPS encryption. No sensitive data such as passwords or financial information is transmitted to these services.

Privacy Policy

This plugin transmits the following data to Cloudify’s servers:

• Your WordPress admin email address
• Your WordPress admin username
• Your WordPress user ID
• Your site/store URL

This data is used solely to authenticate your store with the Cloudify Xero integration service. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No financial data, passwords, or customer personal data are transmitted by the plugin.
