WEB Naisen

WEB Naisen is a hosted voice reception service for websites. This plugin adds the official WEB Naisen widget to a WordPress site without requiring theme file changes.

The plugin is a lightweight integration. It does not run the WebRTC calling system inside WordPress. It loads the hosted WEB Naisen widget and connects visitors to the WEB Naisen service.

Features:

• Configure a WEB Naisen siteKey in the WordPress dashboard.
• Display the widget on all pages, the front page, posts, pages, or shortcode locations.
• Position the widget at the bottom right or bottom left.
• Customize the widget button label.
• Place the widget manually with the [web_naisen] shortcode.

External services

This plugin relies on the hosted WEB Naisen service, provided by WEB Naisen at web-naisen.rizz.jp, to provide the widget and voice reception functionality.

When a page configured to display the widget is loaded, the plugin downloads JavaScript from https://web-naisen.rizz.jp/widget.js. The widget sends the configured siteKey and the URL of the page being viewed to the WEB Naisen API. Standard request information, such as the visitor’s IP address, browser user agent, origin, and referrer, may also be received by the service. This information is used to validate the installation domain, load the correct widget configuration, prevent abuse, and connect the call to the correct subscribing site.

When a visitor opens the widget and starts a call, the browser communicates with the WEB Naisen service for WebRTC signaling and audio communication. The browser asks the visitor for microphone permission before microphone audio is sent. If voicemail is used, the visitor’s recording and any information they enter may be sent to and stored by the WEB Naisen service. Call metadata, history, recordings, and notification processing are managed by the hosted service, not by this WordPress plugin.

The external service is required for the plugin’s widget and calling features to work.

Privacy

This plugin loads the WEB Naisen widget from https://web-naisen.rizz.jp/widget.js. The widget communicates with the WEB Naisen API and may open an embedded call page hosted on web-naisen.rizz.jp.

The service receives the configured siteKey, the current page URL, and standard request information when the widget loads. When a visitor starts a call, microphone audio and call-related data are transmitted to the WEB Naisen service. Voicemail recordings and information entered by the visitor may be stored by the service when those features are used.
