From Admin Dashboard

1. In your WordPress Dashboard go to "Plugins" -> "Add Plugin".

Manually

1. From wordpress directories, Upload Multi Location Marker to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Now activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
