How It Works:
- Install and activate Papaya Assist
- Sign up or log in from your WordPress dashboard
- Upload your documents (FAQ, guides, manuals, policies)
- Click “Process Documents” to build your AI knowledge base

Third-Party Services
This plugin uses external services provided by Papaya Assist to deliver AI chatbot functionality. No data is sent to third-party services until you activate the plugin and connect an account.
Papaya Assist Admin API

- Data sent: email, API key, tenant ID, file metadata, and passwords (secure HTTPS)

- Purpose: Non-streaming chatbot responses
- Data sent: visitor messages, conversation history (last 10 messages), tenant ID
Papaya Assist Streaming API

- Purpose: Real-time streaming AI chat responses (default mode)
- Data sent: visitor messages, conversation history (last 10 messages), tenant ID

Amazon S3 (Document Storage)

- Data sent: user queries, conversation context, and document content
