Third-Party Service Disclosure
This plugin connects to the StackVerify API (https://stackverify.site) to send form submission data.
- What data is sent: Form field values (name, email, phone, etc.) and form metadata (form ID, submission timestamp).
- When data is sent: When a form is submitted via WP Forms (if configured) or when a form submission is processed by WP Webhooks (if configured).
- Why data is sent: To enable real-time automation workflows such as email notifications, CRM updates, and webhook triggers.
- Data storage: No data is stored externally by this plugin. Data is only transmitted when form submissions occur.
