FAQuick
An AI chatbot for Japanese websites that answers visitor questions from your own FAQ (よくある質問).
The bot replies only from the questions and answers you register, 24 hours a day, so visitors get an answer before they need to send an inquiry form. It is built for Japanese-language sites and replies in natural Japanese.
Activate the plugin, paste your Site ID, and you are done. No theme editing, no code snippets.

Features
- AI answers, grounded in your FAQ — a generative AI model composes a natural Japanese reply from the questions and answers you registered.
- It does not make things up — the bot never invents support answers you never wrote. When a question is not covered, it tells the visitor to contact you directly.
- Automatic FAQ drafting — paste the URL of a page that already lists your questions, and the AI reads it and drafts FAQ entries for you. No manual typing to get started.
- Setup is just a Site ID — no code editing. You do not have to paste an embed snippet anywhere.
- Automatic replies before the inquiry — recurring questions such as opening hours and pricing are answered on the spot, reducing customer support workload.
- Appearance settings — the chat window colour, heading and greeting can be changed to match your site.
- See what visitors ask — every conversation is visible in the FAQuick dashboard.
Pricing
- Free plan — 50 answers per month, no time limit, resets on the 1st of each month
- Starter — 2,980 JPY / month (1,000 answers)
- Standard — 7,980 JPY / month (4,000 answers)
- Pro — 19,800 JPY / month (10,000 answers)
Your plan never upgrades itself. No charge is ever made unless you start a paid plan yourself.
When the monthly allowance runs out, Starter and Standard stop answering until the next billing date, with no extra charge. Pro keeps answering, and each answer beyond the allowance is billed at 2 JPY on the following invoice.
External service (required)
This plugin connects to FAQuick (faquick.net), an external service operated by the plugin author. The plugin does not work on its own.
- On the front end, the plugin loads
https://faquick.net/widget.js. - When a visitor asks a question in the chat, the question text and your Site ID are sent to faquick.net, and the answer is returned.
- While no Site ID is set, the plugin makes no external connection at all.
- Managing your FAQ, generating the AI answers and handling your account all happen on faquick.net.

日本語のサイト向けに作られた、よくある質問（FAQ）に答えるAIチャットボットです。
登録したFAQの内容だけをもとに、訪問者からの質問に24時間 自動応答します。営業時間や料金など繰り返し届く質問にその場で返信するので、問い合わせフォームに届く前に解決できます。カスタマーサポートの手間を減らせます。
このプラグインを有効にしてサイトIDを入力するだけで設置は完了します。コードの編集も、埋め込みタグの貼り付けも不要です。

- FAQの自動作成 — よくある質問が載っているページのURLを入れると、AIが本文を読み取ってFAQ候補を作ります
- 無料プラン — 月50回答まで、期限なし。カード登録は不要です
- 自動で有料プランに切り替わることはありません — ご自身でプランを開始しない限り、請求は一切発生しません
- 上限に達したとき — Starter・Standardは次の請求日まで回答を停止します（追加料金なし）。Proは停止せず、超えた分を1回答2円で翌月に加算します
