Kazuki Accounting Export for WooCommerce

Export WooCommerce orders to Yayoi journal import files (弥生仕訳インポート)—for Blue Return or desktop Yayoi.
Versione
1.0.9
Ultimo aggiornamento

Who this is for: WooCommerce shop owners who enter sales in Yayoi (やよいの青色申告 or 弥生会計 desktop) and want to import orders as journal entries instead of typing each sale by hand.

What it does in plain terms:

You pick a date range in WordPress, download a file, then in Yayoi open 仕訳日記帳 ファイル インポート. WooCommerce orders become bookkeeping lines your accountant (or you) can review before posting.

Typical workflow:

  1. WooCommerce Settings 会計エクスポート — set account names (e.g. 売掛金, 売上高) once.
  2. WooCommerce 会計エクスポート — choose dates and download the file.
  3. Import the file in Yayoi desktop (or やよいの青色申告).
  4. Exported orders are marked so you do not import the same sale twice.

What the plugin handles for you (no Yayoi expertise required):

  • 8% and 10% tax in one order — if a cart mixes standard and reduced-rate items, the export splits amounts into separate lines with the correct tax category for Yayoi.
  • Multi-line journals — when one order needs several debit/credit lines, Yayoi requires special row markers; the plugin sets them automatically (you do not need to know codes like 2110).
  • Registration numbers — if you use Kazuki Qualified Invoice Number for WooCommerce, the customer’s T+13 number is copied into the journal memo field.
  • File encoding — default is Shift-JIS .txt for Japanese Yayoi desktop; UTF-8 options are available.

Supported Yayoi products:

  • やよいの青色申告 — 25-column format (default)
  • 弥生会計 desktop — select 27-column format in settings

Yayoi Accounting Next / online are not verified.

Not included in the free version: freee, Money Forward, or automatic scheduled exports (planned as Pro).

Disclaimer: This plugin does not provide tax or accounting advice. Review exported journals with your accountant before importing. Yayoi desktop limits the short description field (摘要) to 30 characters.

WooCommerce must calculate tax with 8% and 10% rates configured for mixed-rate orders.
