CSVファイルのインポートが出来ません

    ドメイン、サーバー維持費が負担となりこれら２つを解約したため以前のワードプレスサイトにアクセスができなくなりました。
    今回諸事情でサイトを復旧させようと新しく別にサイトを作成し、過去のサイトの記事を復旧させようと作業をしているのですが、CSVファイルのインポートが出来ません。
    この場合は有料Verに切り替え、CSVファイルのインポート用プラグインをインストールすべきでしょうか？それとも別の方法がありましたら教えていただきたいです。
    もしくは以前サーバ、ドメインを解約したまま放置したら自然に閉じられてしまっていたサイトの復旧方法があれば教えていただきたいです。

    インポート出来るのは、xml形式です。csv形式には対応していません。

    以前のサーバ・ドメインの復旧方法については契約していたレンタルサーバの会社にお尋ねください。

    回答ありがとうございます。
    インポート画面でcsvファイルをドロップするとWXRファイルではないようですとの表示が出るのですが拡張子はWXRファイルではなくxmlファイルなのでしょうか？

    WXRとは、WordPress eXtended RSSの略称で、投稿、固定ページ、コメント、カスタムフィールド、カテゴリー、タグを含めることができます。このファイルフォーマットの拡張子は.xmlになります。
