Pro is a separate plugin. Purchase on Freemius, then deactivate this plugin and activate Pro. The free and Pro plugins cannot run at the same time.
External services
This plugin connects to third-party services to send WhatsApp notifications and optionally load a checkout for the separate Pro plugin.
Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (Facebook Graph API)
This plugin sends WhatsApp template messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API when a WooCommerce order status changes (for example: pending, processing, or completed).
Data sent may include the customer’s billing phone number, the Meta template name you configured, and template parameters derived from the order (such as customer name, order ID, order total, and shop name). The connection test in wp-admin also sends your Meta Phone Number ID and access token to Meta to verify credentials.

Freemius checkout (Upgrade tab only)
When an administrator opens WooCommerce → Order Status Messenger → Upgrade to Pro, the plugin may load JavaScript from Freemius to open an optional checkout for the separate Pro plugin. No customer/storefront data is sent until the administrator chooses to start checkout.
