Create cached wp header footer

A simple plugin to create cached wp header footer for use in custom PHP outside WordPress Usefull when you want to build custom PHP but also want the same header and footer as your WordPress site. After installation there is a ccwhf direcotry in the root of your account containing header.html and footer.html which can be used outside wordpress. This files are recreated every hour.
