GreenRoom streamlines bio collection for theaters to use in show programs and online. Simply create a show, and import the cast and staff list. Each person receives a unique link to submit their bio, social media info, and headshot.
Producers or stage managers can manage the show through a public production dashboard without needing admin access, and will receive regular updates about who has and has not submitted their bio.
As bios are submitted, they can be displayed on the show’s web page with an easy shortcode insertion.
Once the deadline is reached, all bios can be easily exported to common formats, including Word and Adobe InDesign Tagged Text with paragraph and character style definitions.
