SIDEUP Shipping KSA

SIDEUP’s official extension for WooCommerce on WordPress in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It lets you send your WooCommerce orders to SIDEUP for fulfillment and delivery, request shipments, print bills, and track each order’s status from inside your WordPress admin.

Installation & Configuration

1. Upload the downloaded plugin files to your /wp-content/plugins/sideup-shipping-ksa directory, OR install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
3. Go to WooCommerce–>Settings->Shipping and select the upper SIDEUP unit to configure the plugin.
4. Add your business APIKEY that you will find it in your dashboard in our system in integrations tab or call your Account manager.

External services

This plugin connects to the SIDEUP shipping and fulfillment service (operated by SIDEUP) to provide its core functionality: sending your WooCommerce orders to SIDEUP for delivery and retrieving their shipment and payment status.

The plugin contacts the SIDEUP API at https://portal.beta.sa.sideup.co/api/ only after you have entered your SIDEUP API key in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > SIDEUP. No data is sent before the API key is configured.

What data is sent and when:

• When you open the WooCommerce Orders screen, the plugin sends your orders’ order keys to SIDEUP to retrieve their current shipment and payment status.
• When you request shipment for an order (individually or via the bulk action), the plugin sends that order’s details — customer name, phone number, shipping address, city/state, order total, ordered items, and the optional National Address field — to SIDEUP so the shipment can be created.
