Dokan Order Approval
The Dokan Order Approval plugin enables vendors to approve or reject customer orders before payment is processed.
Important Note
This plugin will only work if you have the Order Approval for WooCommerce and Dokan plugin installed and activated.
Notice: Starting from Order Approval for WooCommerce version 2.2.0, Dokan support will be included in the main plugin. This add-on will no longer be required. When updating to version 2.2.0, please deactivate this add-on and update the main plugin since 16 March 2026. Learn more about update..
Sales process flow for new order
- The customer places an order, but no payment is processed at this time.
- The shop owner/admin/vendor then has the option to approve or reject the order.
- If the order is approved, the customer will receive a notification email that includes a payment link.
- If the order is rejected, the customer will receive a cancellation email.
