MARK Funnel for WooCommerce
MARK Funnel for WooCommerce gives you a clear, honest view of where customers drop off in your store — from first visit to purchase — without collecting any personal data and without sending anything outside your server.
What it tracks
The plugin measures 5 funnel stages using anonymous session hashes:
- Visits — any page load in your store
- Product views — single product page visits
- Add to cart — items added from any page (server-side hook, never missed)
- Checkout start — reaching the checkout page
- Purchases — confirmed orders (processing, completed, on-hold)
What it shows you
Funnel table — sessions and step-over-step conversion rates for all 5 stages, with a color-coded visual bar (green → orange → red).
4 KPI cards with industry benchmarks:
- Conversion Rate — purchases ÷ visits (benchmark: 1–3%)
- Add to Cart Rate — ATC sessions ÷ product-view sessions (benchmark: 8–15%)
- Checkout Start Rate — sessions reaching checkout ÷ ATC sessions (benchmark: 40–60%)
- Checkout Abandonment — sessions that started checkout but didn’t buy (benchmark: 60–80%)
Funnel Diagnosis — up to 3 contextual suggestions ranked by severity, based on your actual data compared to industry thresholds.
About the Funnel tab — an educational guide explaining how each stage is tracked, how the KPIs are calculated, what the benchmarks mean, and how to read the suggestions. Great for store owners who are new to conversion analytics.
Privacy first
- Zero personal data — only anonymous SHA-256 session hashes are stored
- Zero external connections — everything stays on your server

Bot and crawler filtering
All metrics show only human sessions. The plugin scores each request using User-Agent detection, IP range checks, browser version analysis, and cookie presence. Bots, crawlers and suspicious traffic are stored separately and excluded from all KPIs and the funnel.
Excluded roles
Administrators, shop managers, editors, authors and contributors are never tracked. Only customers and non-logged-in visitors appear in the data.
