How the Connection Works

No passwords are shared. The plugin generates a short-lived pairing code that is exchanged with Minineo to create a site-specific API token. That token is stored securely in WordPress and used only to receive and publish content from your Minineo account.

Data is only sent to Minineo after a site owner explicitly clicks Connect to Minineo or when Minineo publishes content to the site.

During connection, the plugin sends:

• Site ID
• Site name
• Site URL
• One-time pairing code exchange details

During publishing from Minineo, the plugin receives and processes:

• Post or page title
• Slug
• Excerpt
• Content HTML
• Page template slug when applicable
