Indexing and SEO is one of the several NutsForPress plugins providing some essential features that WordPress does not offer itself or offers only partially.

Indexing and SEO allows you to:

• define a custom title and description for SEO purposes: add them to every post and page to improve your search engine snippets
• enhance content sharing on social networks: featured image, title and description are automatically included thanks to Facebook Open Graph and Twitter Card tags
• set a backup image for posts and pages without a featured image
• replace the default WordPress sitemap with a more complete, customizable one, automatically generated and fully compatible with WPML
• automatically generate an llms.txt file to improve communication with Large Language Models (LLMs) and extend the visibility of your content beyond traditional search engines
• set “noindex” to pages and posts you don’t want to be indexed
• automatically fill the “description,” “caption,” and “alt title” fields for every uploaded media file
• bulk rebuild “description,” “caption,” and “alt title” for all media files
• add Analytics and other custom scripts to head, footer, or body, and prevent them from loading when a logged-in admin is browsing the website
