The Wai Metrics plugin seamlessly integrates external analytics trackers into your WooCommerce site, capturing the complete eCommerce purchase journey—from product views to cart additions, checkout initiation, and final purchase completion. It supports Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads Tag for conversions, and Facebook Meta Pixel. Additionally, Wai incorporates cost-of-goods-sold calculations into its tracking events, allowing for more precise measurement of conversion values against ad spend. This COGS feature is particularly beneficial for stores with significant variations in margins and prices, optimising marketing efforts and ROI by preventing automated bidding strategies from disproportionately targeting higher-priced items.

GDPR and Privacy: The plugin itself does not add any cookies but it does insert the trackers from GA4 and Meta which use cookies of their own and have data privacy concerns. This plugin does not currently have cookie concent and GDPR privacy integration. Feature coming soon.
