Adds REST API endpoints for latest posts and latest posts by category, with configurable date format and excerpt length.
API REST Posts adds two public REST API endpoints for listing recent posts:
- Latest posts from a specific category.
- Latest posts from the whole site.
The plugin settings page lets site administrators configure the date format and the number of words returned in each excerpt. Each post response also includes category data.
Privacy
This plugin does not collect or store user data, does not set cookies, and does not connect to third-party services.
