AutoFlow is an AI chatbot and live chat widget for WordPress. It answers questions using your own business information — your services, prices, opening hours, policies — and when someone seems interested it captures their email and sends the lead straight to your inbox. It works around the clock, so the questions that arrive at 11pm still get answered.

Most AI chatbot plugins send you off to another website to sign up, then make you create an OpenAI or ChatGPT API key, paste it back, and pay for the AI separately on top.

This one doesn’t. There is no API key to create, no second bill, and no code.

Honest pricing, in numbers you can predict

Most AI chatbots bill in “credits”, and a single reply can quietly burn anywhere from one to six of them depending on which AI model happened to answer. You cannot predict that bill until it arrives.

AutoFlow counts conversations. Your plan says how many you get, and that number means whole conversations — not credits that a long answer quietly eats four of. The price on the box is the price you pay, and if you go over, the extra is billed at what it actually cost us rather than a made-up rate.

What it won’t do

It only answers from what you’ve told it. If it doesn’t know something, it says so and offers to put the visitor in touch with a person — it will not invent a price, a policy or an opening time just to fill the silence. No restrictions in the plugin itself

Everything this plugin does, it does for everyone. There is no licence key check, no trial timer, no locked settings, and no feature switched off inside the plugin code. All of it is GPL and all of it runs.

What is paid is the hosted service the plugin talks to. AutoFlow answers the chats on its own servers, and that service has monthly conversation allowances by plan — the same way any hosted API does. That limit lives on the service, not in this code, and nothing in this plugin has been crippled to sell an upgrade.

Third-party service disclosure

This plugin loads a script from autoflowai.ca and sends visitor chat messages to that service so they can be answered. Messages, and any contact details a visitor chooses to provide, are processed and stored by AutoFlow AI on the site owner’s behalf. Nothing is sent until a visitor opens the chat and types a message.

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. No card details are entered in WordPress or stored on your site.
