Display to your users important message on your webpage in marquee (text scrolling) style. Use styling and links in your message.
This plugin enables to display marquee message (text scrolling horizontally).
Use styling (font, decoration) and links to make your message clear. You can change background, position, speed and colours of your text. You can add and turn on –TinyMCE Advanced– plugin to enable more styling features.
