Visitors pick a product from your real catalog, enter sizes and quantities, upload artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, images — up to 25 MB per file), and leave their contact details. The request arrives in PrinterFlo as a new quote with a line item, the artwork attached, and the customer already on file — nothing to retype, nothing lost in an inbox.

Sell prints on your WooCommerce store? Turn on order sync and every paid order lands on your PrinterFlo production board as a sales order — items, quantities, customer details, totals and order notes included. Sell online, produce in PrinterFlo, no re-keying.
- Opt-in — one checkbox under Settings → PrinterFlo (appears when WooCommerce is active).
- Paid orders only — syncs when an order reaches Processing or Completed.
- Everything rides along — line items with product add-ons/personalization meta, shipping, discounts, the customer’s note, and a link back to the Woo order.

Both embeds are served securely from PrinterFlo inside an iframe, so they’re always up to date and this plugin stays tiny — no settings to migrate, no forms to rebuild.

External services
This plugin embeds the quote form and product designer from app.printerflo.com (PrinterFlo). Submissions — job details, designs, uploaded artwork, and the visitor’s contact information — are sent to PrinterFlo on behalf of the site owner’s PrinterFlo account. If the site owner enables the optional WooCommerce order sync, paid WooCommerce orders (order items, totals, and the customer’s billing name, email, phone and company) are also sent to app.printerflo.com.
